If are you already a member of the web site then login using your user name and password. If you are not already a member then please join. Membership is free.
Browse Products
Browse the products section and click the Add to Cart button to add items to your shopping cart.
Review the contents of your cart
Ensure everything is correct. If you wish to make any changes you can simply edit the quantity required or delete an item if it is not required. Click the Empty button to empty all items from your cart.
Ensure your shipping address is correct
Make sure you specify all fields. If your country is not listed please contact us for competitive freight rates or select 'Rest of the World'. If this is your first order you must enter a contact phone number. Your order will NOT be processed if we cannot verify your details.
Important Note: For insurance reasons, The Petshop Boyz is unable to ship goods to the USA and Canada.
Recalculate your order
Don't forget to click the Recalculate button to recalculate the order total if you make any changes.
Proceed to checkout
Click the Checkout button to process your payment and record your order.
Payment
Select your payment method from the options displayed. If you have not previously ordered from The Pet Shop Boyz or if we have been unable to contact you previously, you may elect only offline payment methods. In this case, please remember that your order will be processed after we have confirmed your order and payment details with you.
Verification Process for orders $255 or more "FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS ONLY"
Due to the high incidence of credit card fraud, the Pet Shop Boyz require verification of order details prior to despatch for new customers making their first online purchase. In particular, the name on the credit card used to make the purchase must match the name on the order.
Loss of stock and money from credit card charge backs has increased our vigilance and each purchaser must verify details provided to the Pet Shop Boyz. Verification will help us minimise the possibility of losses and enable us to provide a smooth e-commerce service to our customers.

Freight
Freight for which prices are quoted is EMS as indicated. Delivery times from the date of order are:
EMS
Australia: 4-6 Days
Major Metropolitan Areas: 3- 6 working days
Non Metropolitan Areas: Up to 10 Days
